Get to Know Me

A lifelong resident, Christine “KiKi” Simmons has a deep-rooted understanding of the Bay Area, and she knows how to navigate its market to match a client’s dreams with a place they will be happy to call home.
 
KiKi provides first-class service to buyers, sellers, and investors with a professional skill honed by nearly 30 years at Neiman Marcus. “Working in the luxury retail industry has helped me understand all types of people,” she says. “I couldn’t imagine having a job where I don’t have people interaction.”
 
As executive assistant to JetSet Homes founder Jane Konovalova, and a Realtor® in her own right, KiKi strives to “check 10 out of 10 boxes” for every client. She has a natural talent for recognizing people’s needs, solving problems, and finding answers. Most importantly, her integrity guarantees that her word is her bond. “It’s the one thing I have, so I always keep it,” she says.
 
Away from work, KiKi enjoys photography, artwork, painting, and helping friends with interior design and remodeling projects. In her own house, she likes being in her kitchen, cooking, canning, and baking. A mother of two, she also has a black tuxedo cat who is her love.
